ABOUT

Noted for their excellent social media customer service, Comcast Xfinity wanted to create a podcast to act as a utility for other brands to learn how to implement effective customer service strategies. One of the podcast goals was to feature other tech brands’ success stories with customer service and create partnerships with other social media marketing-focused podcasts.

MY ROLE

As an intern at Convince & Convert, I helped conceptualize episode ideas for the Comcast Xfinity customer service podcast. I also assisted in organically researching customer service experts in the tech fields to act as potential guests on the podcast and other similar podcasts to create collaboration possibilities. In helping research these areas for the podcast, I compiled spreadsheets of different customer service consultants and podcasts. These experts and podcasts included their audience reach and how active they are within the social media and podcasting scene.
